Twin Rocks was a nice stop. We had some authentic Native American food and visited this Artists museum/store and viewed some amazing REAL native artwork and jewelery. It was beautiful stuff but VERY expensive. So we were "Just looking"
Plaque commemorating the first settlement of White people in the County in 1847
REAL Native fried bread with pulled pork, and roasted pinto beans in an amazing sauce. With eggs on top. It was a good combination and a chance to finally try the Navajo fried bread we'd heard about. YUM!
Wilson Arch is found on the drive into the Moab area. It was named after a local man who lived nearby.Very cool stop-off. We met some fellow RV/Travelers there. The RV community is so open and friendly. It's refreshing to meet and interact with such nice people. Sort of restores your faith in humanity, if you get my drift.
