Bryce Canyon Day 2 10.10.21

Day 2 in Bryce Canyon NP was really special. We decided to drive over to the Visitors Center and take the park shuttle, which runs every fifteen minutes or so in a loop to the most popular viewing/hiking spots. It was a nice heated bus (since it was a very chilly morning that heater was appreciated)

We wanted to hike the Navajo loop. This is an amazing 1.3 mile loop down some pretty steep trails. It was beautiful and very difficult. Martha had some soreness from previous hikes and her knee was giving her a tough time, but she did what she could to enjoy the area. I tagged along as best I could. We did the hike around the rim and finally back to the lodge to catch the shuttle back to our parked RV.

We LOVED Bryce Canyon! We then headed back to our campsite and had a nice afternoon at camp. Followed by a great ribeye steak on the grill and fully dressed baked potato with a kale salad( Roughing it right?) LOL Leaving early in the am for Monument Valley!
