Yellowstone NP Day 2 9.15.21

President Franklin D. Roosevelt: "There is nothing so American as our national parks.... The fundamental idea behind the parks...is that the country belongs to the people, that it is in process of making for the enrichment of the lives of all of us."

Today was a laid back sort of day. We chilled at the Camp site and made a nice breakfast (Thanks Martha) I worked on photos and videos and the trip Blog. We then drove into the park and went to "Old faithful". It was sadly "underwhelming" There were huge crowds and it was going off just as we approached. I got a couple photos, but it was "much todo about".... well.... Did I say underwhelming? Decided to go to a beautiful roadside "Pull-off" and relax and get a few "composed " photos... Good day. Many opportunities for seeing wildlife... Bison were everywhere...We went to Gibbon Falls and watched an amazing waterfall. then back to the camp site for a cocktail and a great dinner of Grilled Roast Pork Loin and roasted veggies dinner on the grill (Thanks M!)
